Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled feta cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a large carrot shape, tapering one end to resemble the point of a carrot.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed cornflakes until fully coated, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and use fresh parsley to create the carrot’s ‘greens’ at the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
