- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup assorted crackers or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix. Stir until well blended and smooth.
- Fold in the shredded carrots, diced celery, diced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, broccoli florets, and cauliflower florets until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with assorted crackers or vegetable sticks for dipping.
Notes
