Description
Cadbury Egg fudge is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and Cadbury Creme Eggs.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs (about 4 eggs)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for texture)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs, and crushed graham crackers (if using) until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into squares.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, try adding a tablespoon of butter to the chocolate mixture while melting.
- You can also substitute the Cadbury Creme Eggs with other chocolate-filled candies for a different flavor twist.
