Description

Cadbury Egg fudge is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and Cadbury Creme Eggs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs (about 4 eggs)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for texture)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped Cadbury Creme Eggs, and crushed graham crackers (if using) until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into squares.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, try adding a tablespoon of butter to the chocolate mixture while melting.
  • You can also substitute the Cadbury Creme Eggs with other chocolate-filled candies for a different flavor twist.
