Delicious and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings that make for a perfect appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
Notes
- These can also be made gluten-free by using a gluten-free flour blend.
- Adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of buffalo sauce.
