Description

Delicious and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings that make for a perfect appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  6. Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing.

Notes

  • These can also be made gluten-free by using a gluten-free flour blend.
