Description
A delightful berry tart filled with a medley of bramble berries.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2–3 tbsp cold water
- 2 cups mixed bramble berries (blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cold water, a tablespoon at a time, until mixture forms a ball.
- Roll out the dough to fit tart pan. Place the dough in the pan and press into the sides.
- In another bowl, mix bramble berries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden and berries are bubbly.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for added indulgence.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
