Ingredients

- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and sliced red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving for a cooler option.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise in the dressing.
