Description

A fresh and delicious BLT Salad with Avocado & Hard-Boiled Egg, perfect for a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and sliced red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving for a cooler option.
