Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix pork blood and pork fat until well combined.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, marjoram, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold in the finely chopped onion into the mixture.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Fry the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
