Ingredients

- 1 pound pork blood
- 1 pound pork fat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix pork blood and pork fat until well combined.
- Add salt, black pepper, thyme, marjoram, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the finely chopped onion into the mixture.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Fry the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
