- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon salt

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the mahi mahi fillets.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
