Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the bison chuck eye roll.
- In a large Dutch oven, sear the bison on all sides until browned.
