This fall-apart tender beef seven-bone roast is perfect for a hearty meal.

- 1 beef seven-bone roast
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a large roasting pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Brown the beef roast on all sides.
- Add the broth, onion, carrots, potatoes, and garlic to the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cover tightly and roast in the oven for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls apart.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the roast overnight.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
