- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the beef rib finger meat with BBQ rub.
- Place the meat on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
