- 2 pounds beef rib finger meat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the beef rib finger meat.
- Place the meat on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
- If using BBQ sauce, brush it onto the meat during the last minute of grilling.
- Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the meat for a few hours or overnight.
