  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the beef rib finger meat.
