  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef, crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and any optional bell peppers or green onions to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing them. Serve warm or let them cool completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
