Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the cooker to 225°F.
  2. Trim excess fat from the Beef Deckle.
  3. Season the meat generously with the spice rub.
  4. Place the meat in the smoker and cook for 5 hours.
  5. Remove the meat, wrap it in foil, and cook for another 2 hours.
  6. Unwrap the meat, cut it into cubes, and toss with BBQ sauce.
  7. Return the cubes to the smoker for an additional 1 hour.
