- 3 pounds Beef Deckle
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the cooker to 225°F.
- Trim excess fat from the Beef Deckle.
- Season the meat generously with the spice rub.
- Place the meat in the smoker and cook for 5 hours.
- Remove the meat, wrap it in foil, and cook for another 2 hours.
- Unwrap the meat, cut it into cubes, and toss with BBQ sauce.
- Return the cubes to the smoker for an additional 1 hour.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
