- 1 hanger steak
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with anchovy paste, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Season the hanger steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, baste the steak generously with the anchovy butter.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional anchovy butter on top, if desired.
