Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a spacious bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the chilled butter into the dry mixture, using your fingertips or a pastry cutter to create a crumbly texture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond milk together until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
