Description

Crispy Keto Chips made with just 2 ingredients that are irresistibly crispy!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
