- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the chips are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, or your favorite herbs on the cheese mixture before baking.
- Experiment with different types of cheese, such as pepper jack or parmesan, for unique flavors and textures.
