Ingredients

- 1 cup radishes, finely grated
- 1 small cucumber, finely grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated radishes, and grated cucumber. Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the cucumber before adding it to the bowl.
- Add the minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, and olive oil to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled as a dip with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or as a sauce for grilled meats.
