Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix avocado, cabbage, cilantro, and sour cream to make the slaw.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp on tortillas and topping with avocado slaw.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
  • These tacos can be served with lime wedges on the side.
