Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- In a separate bowl, mix avocado, cabbage, cilantro, and sour cream to make the slaw.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp on tortillas and topping with avocado slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade.
- These tacos can be served with lime wedges on the side.
