- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice blend

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, keeping the head intact.
- Slice the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks, yielding about 4-6 steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, za’atar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the olive oil mixture.
- Arrange the cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the olive oil mixture.
