Ingredients

  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the za’atar spice with olive oil to create a marinade.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
