- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup za’atar seasoning
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, za’atar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
