- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, lump crab meat, green onions, and parsley until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and olive oil, stirring until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the crab dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the dip mixture before baking.
- If you want a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream and mayonnaise.
