Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios, dried cranberries (if using), vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
- Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.
- Once set, remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!
