- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the whole milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chopped white chocolate to the warm milk mixture. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the orange zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Continue to heat for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and let the hot cocoa cool slightly before serving.
- Pour the hot cocoa into mugs and top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a slice of orange, if desired.
