- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chicken patties to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the patties are golden brown.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
