A refreshing and easy-to-make watermelon sorbet that requires no ice cream maker.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, sugar, lime juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours to firm up.
- Scoop and serve the sorbet in bowls or cones.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, use fresh lime zest.
- Make sure the watermelon is fully frozen for the best texture.
- This sorbet can be stored in the freezer for up to a week.
