Ingredients

- 1/2 cup diced cucumber

- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced watermelon, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Drizzle the lime juice over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
- For a sweeter salsa, use ripe watermelon.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less jalapeño.
