Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add the dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- If using, fold in the grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Serve the dipping oil in a shallow dish with fresh bread for dipping. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
