Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, sea salt, and baking soda until well combined.
- Incorporate the melted coconut oil and the ice-cold water into the dry mixture. Blend until a cohesive dough forms, adding an extra tablespoon of cold water if necessary.
- Evenly press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides. Use a fork to poke holes in the base.
