  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, sea salt, and baking soda until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the melted coconut oil and the ice-cold water into the dry mixture. Blend until a cohesive dough forms, adding an extra tablespoon of cold water if necessary.
  4. Evenly press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides. Use a fork to poke holes in the base.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix together the hazelnuts, almonds, dried cherries, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, almond extract, and apple cider vinegar until thoroughly combined.
