Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, ube puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once it reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop and serve in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk.
- Make sure the ube puree is well-blended for a smooth texture.
