Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup cucumber, finely diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, and dried oregano.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, either on its own or with keto-friendly sides like pork rinds, celery sticks, or cucumber slices.
Notes
- For added crunch, mix in some chopped bell peppers or radishes.
- To make it spicier, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or some diced jalapeños.
