A refreshing and nutritious Tuna & Labneh Salad Sandwich perfect for lunch.
Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup labneh
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, labneh, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the tuna and labneh mixture evenly on two slices of whole grain bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of paprika or cayenne pepper.
