Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- Condiments of choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with whiskey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over high heat.
- Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on one side until browned.
- Flip the patties and sear for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add cheese on top if desired and cover to melt.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute.
- Assemble the burgers with buns and your choice of condiments.

- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the meat mixture.
