Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Condiments of choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with whiskey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on one side until browned.
  5. Flip the patties and sear for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add cheese on top if desired and cover to melt.
