- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes, red onion, jalapeño pepper, and red bell pepper.
- Add the chopped cilantro and lime juice to the bowl.
- Season with salt to taste and mix well.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
Notes
- For a spicier salsa, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
