Description

A refreshing and flavorful salad featuring cherry tomatoes, chili crisp, and creamy crème fraîche.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the tomatoes evenly.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the chili crisp until well combined.
  3. Arrange the dressed tomatoes on a serving platter or individual plates.
  4. Spoon the chili crisp crème fraîche mixture over the tomatoes.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
