A unique and delicious recipe for TikTok Viral Dumpling Lasagna that combines frozen dumplings with layers of cheese and marinara sauce.

- 2 cups frozen dumplings (any variety, such as chicken or vegetable)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Layer half of the frozen dumplings over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, and then half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining dumplings, marinara sauce, ricotta mixture, and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top layer of cheese for extra flavor.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
- You can also substitute the marinara sauce with alfredo sauce for a creamy version.
