Description
A creamy and flavorful spread made with three types of cheese and pepperoncini peppers, perfect for serving with crackers or bread.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped (drained if using jarred)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Add the chopped pepperoncini peppers, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Taste the spread and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper to your preference.
- Transfer the spread to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula. If desired, drizzle olive oil over the top for added flavor.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce or some finely chopped jalapeños to the spread.
- Try substituting the cheddar cheese with pepper jack for a zesty flavor or use a mix of herbs like chives or dill for a different twist.
