Tangy pickle margarita pops with a Tajín rim are a refreshing and unique treat perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup pickle juice (dill or sweet, your choice)
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • ⅓ cup agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup water
  • Optional: a splash of orange juice or non-alcoholic triple sec
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp tequila (if making adult version)
  • Tajín (or chili-lime seasoning) for finishing

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or bowl, stir together pickle juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and water. Add tequila or orange juice if using. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness to your liking.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until fully solid.
  3. When ready to serve, quickly dip the tip or side of the popsicle into lime juice, then press into Tajín to coat.

Notes
