Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to create the tahini caramel.
  2. Place a few banana slices on each spring roll wrapper.
  3. Drizzle some tahini caramel over the bananas.
  4. Roll the wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
