- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tahini, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to create the tahini caramel.
- Place a few banana slices on each spring roll wrapper.
- Drizzle some tahini caramel over the bananas.
- Roll the wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with extra tahini caramel drizzled on top.

- Ensure the bananas are ripe for the best sweetness.
- Adjust the sweetness of the tahini caramel by adding more or less maple syrup.
