- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the crushed Szechuan peppercorns, mixed nuts, dried cranberries, and sea salt until evenly combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
