- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes and green beans.
- Pour the olive oil over the vegetables and add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all the veggies are well coated with the seasoning.
