Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1 lb crab meat
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 4 sheets nori
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha until well combined.
- Prepare the mango salsa by mixing diced mango, avocado, and cucumber in a separate bowl.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat or clean surface.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Add a portion of the spicy crab mixture and a spoonful of mango salsa on top of the rice.
- Carefully roll the nori away from you, tucking in the filling as you go, until you reach the border.
- Seal the edge with a little water.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Slice the sushi burritos in half and serve with soy sauce.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute crab with tofu or tempeh.
