Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 4 sheets nori
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha until well combined.
  3. Prepare the mango salsa by mixing diced mango, avocado, and cucumber in a separate bowl.
  4. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat or clean surface.
  5. Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  6. Add a portion of the spicy crab mixture and a spoonful of mango salsa on top of the rice.
  7. Carefully roll the nori away from you, tucking in the filling as you go, until you reach the border.
  8. Seal the edge with a little water.
  9. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  10. Slice the sushi burritos in half and serve with soy sauce.
