- 1 cup sliced avocado
- 1 cup cooked shrimp or crab meat

- Wasabi and pickled ginger for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed rice and water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and let it sit covered for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved, then fold into the cooked rice.
- Spread the sushi rice evenly over the pizza crust.
- Spread the softened cream cheese over the rice layer.
- Layer the cucumbers, carrots, avocado, and shrimp or crab meat on top of the cream cheese.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Slice and serve with wasabi and pickled ginger.
