Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Everything Bagel Cauliflower ‘Mac & Cheese’ that combines the flavors of everything bagels with creamy cauliflower.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, shredded cheese, cream cheese, milk, and everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
