- 1 (16.5 oz) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour over cookie crust and bake for 35–40 minutes, until center is just set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3+ hours.
- Top with sprinkles before serving if desired.
