Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Add the powdered sugar and crushed freeze-dried strawberries to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return them to the baking sheet.
- Chill the chocolate-coated balls in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
