- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add the chia seeds, matcha powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
- Stir the pudding again and then divide it into serving cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter pudding, adjust the amount of maple syrup to taste.
- Make sure to use culinary grade matcha for the best flavor.
