Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, combine the diced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
