  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, shredded coconut, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
